Our online event calendar is our go-to when assisting visitors and travel writers, as well as creating social media posts and blog content.

SUBMISSION TIPS

  • Submit your event as soon as you have information. Our database can hold event information years out.
  • Submit a .jpeg photo with your event. Ideal size is 1080px width and 608px height and less than 2mb. Try to avoid excessive typography or logos on top of the image.
  • All events will be reviewed and if accepted will be posted in one week.

Fill out the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added.

* The CVB reserves the right to edit the final copy on all event calendar listings.
