At approximately 1350 square feet, Tudie’s Guest House has 2 queen bedrooms each with a full private bathroom , a third small bedroom with a twin bed and a twin loveseat, a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a large screened-in porch (a few steps off of Cornerstone Lane ) with a view of Main Street! The physical address is 123 East Main Street, just one block from the very center of downtown Nashville.
Built in 1868,(completely renovated in 2006) , Tudie’s Guest House is the second oldest home in Nashville. From the 1930s, it was the residence of the manager of the Village Motel which was originally located on a portion of what is now the campus of Cornerstone Inn. Tudie Kuhn, a beloved neighbor and friend, owned and operated the Village Motel from the early 1960s to 2000 .
Daily housekeeping services are not provided for this Vacation Home. We provide the following in the kitchen: 2 full bottles of dishsoap, 6 dishwasher tabs, 4 dish cloths, 4 dish towels and 2 pot holders. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 12 noon.
