See the Soaring Sculpture!
Soaring is a special piece of public art made to help people feel connected and supported. It was created by Veterans and guided by a local artist named Jim Connor.
The sculpture shows swirling leaves flying up into the sky, like a big gust of wind in the fall. There are 22 leaves, which stand for hope and healing, and also remind us of the Veterans who helped make it.
The leaves are a symbol of Brown County and show how art and community can rise together to reach big dreams.
After you see the sculpture, you can visit the nearby Visitor’s Center to learn more or find Soaring-themed souvenirs that help support Veterans.
