Hope for Hearts Farm provides opportunities for the transforming power of horses to strengthen and develop the lives of individuals and teams. We believe the personal and professional growth gained through these unique experiences results in improved life and leadership skills, ultimately contributing to stronger communities.

Hope for Hearts Farm is a non-profit Equine-assisted Learning program. We offer individual and group sessions with a certified facilitator and horse and are open by appointment only.
