Homestead Weaving Studio produces high-quality, hand-woven rugs, clothing, throws, and scarves. Chris Gustin is a fiber artist who takes recycling seriously at her studio in Brown County. Each year, she re-purposes more than a ton of industry excess into functional fiber art, turning it into contemporary art for the home.

Chris offers “day weaving” classes for people who want to experience weaving without a commitment. Classes can be scheduled during most of the year by contacting the studio. Tours of the working weaving studio can be scheduled for groups of up to 20 people.

Chris has been a member of the juried Indiana Artisan program since 2008. Homestead Weaving Studio is also a stop on the Back Roads of Brown County Studio Tour every October.
