Whether it’s been a couple of months since your last visit or more like a few years, there’s always something new and exciting happening in Brown County! Between a handful of new shops and entertainment hot spots to fresh overnight accommodations and places to eat, there are some newcomers on the Nashville scene that are definitely worth checking out.
Here’s the inside scoop on Brown County’s recent additions:
Chocolate Moose
Since 1933, the Chocolate Moose has been serving up frozen favorites in Bloomington and now it’s made its debut in Brown County! Cup, cone, shake, or stir-in, you’re sure to love their scrumptious homemade ice cream. Enjoy classic vanilla or strawberry with all your favorite sauces and toppings or try something a little different like sweet cinnamon, lemon custard, or grasshopper (the perfect mint/oreo combo). Regardless of which kind you choose, you can’t go wrong with the Moose! They even have vegan ice cream options too!
Aside from their oh-so-sweet treats, the Chocolate Moose also offers sandwiches and Brown County coffee. Dig in to their tasty BBQ pulled pork sandwich or their gooey hot ham and cheese. If you choose not to wash down your meal with a shake, grab some coffee instead. Brown County coffee is the best (or so we think at least)! No matter what you’re needing…a jolt of energy, a sugary surprise, or a quick meal, the Chocolate Moose has got you covered!
