Located in a private, wooded setting one half mile from downtown Nashville, 1078 Hideaway is a 1300 sq. ft. first floor, one bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The apartment has its own private outdoor entrance, back yard, deck, and covered parking spaces. The bedroom has 2 queen beds and there is a queen murphy bed in the living room that can be set up in order to have 2 private sleeping areas (There are doors to close the living room off from the rest of the apartment). There is also a small kitchen with washer and dryer. Relax as you kick back in the Hideaway’s massage chair, enjoy the gas fireplace and comfy furniture, or spend your time outdoors around the fire pit, grill, and private big back yard. The Hideaway is even RV and mountain bike friendly! Perfect for a romantic retreat, a girl’s shopping weekend, or a family getaway. Nightly rates are $139 – $179 (depending on the season) for 2 guests. It’s an additional $20 per person per night for guests 3 and 4. PLEASE NOTE: The upper level of the Hideaway is the owners’ space. While the owners are a quiet couple, you may occasionally hear faint creaking of the floors when they are there.
