Homestead Weaving Studio – Where Art Meets Recycling!
At this studio in Brown County, artist Chris Gustin makes beautiful rugs, clothes, scarves, and blankets—all by hand! She’s also big on recycling. Every year, she saves over a ton of leftover fabric from going to waste and turns it into cool, useful art for your home.

Want to try weaving? Chris offers fun “day weaving” classes where you can learn without needing any experience. You can also take a tour of the studio with a group (up to 20 people).

Chris has been part of the Indiana Artisan program since 2008, and her studio is open for visits during the Back Roads of Brown County Studio Tour every October.
