Women’s Build Day – Building Homes, Empowering Women

Join Brown County Indiana Habitat for Humanity for our annual Women’s Build Day—a powerful day of building, giving, and coming together in support of affordable housing in our community.

On Saturday, April 25, women from across Brown County will gather to make a hands-on difference, helping build safe, stable homes for local families. No prior construction experience is needed—just a willingness to show up, learn, and be part of something meaningful.

We are looking for 10–12 volunteers to join us on-site, along with many more supporters to help us reach our $4,000 Women’s Build fundraising goal. Thanks to a generous match, every dollar donated will be doubled up to $2,000.

Lunch will be provided courtesy of the Brown County Inn, thanks to the support of local partners who believe in this mission.

This event is about more than construction—it’s about creating opportunity, strengthening our community, and empowering women to lead the way in building a better future.
