Student Art

Youth Art League is a team-based creative challenge program where students work together each month to complete a real-world art challenge. Art League blends art, entrepreneurship, teamwork, and community engagement.

Youth Art League aims to introduce young artists to valuable skills to help them grow as artists and entrepreneurs. Throughout the course of 10 Wednesdays, participants will team up to tackle 3 immersive creative challenges, exploring various mediums and techniques, engaging in constructive critique, and expanding their skills as creative problem-solvers. Participants will gain a foundation in community involvement, creative partnerships, team collaboration, translating ideas into artwork, and selling their collaborative pieces.

Each monthly challenge produces a finished piece or product that will be displayed, sold, or auctioned through local partners. All challenges are guided by Kurt Eagleman and Abigail Moses of Second Story Studio with support from The STEAMery.
