Rooted Within Wellness – Held and Healing

Rooted Within Wellness creates restorative retreats for mothers, fathers and caregivers navigating medical crises and challenges with children. These welcoming retreats are nature-based experiences in which parents and caregivers can release, relax, reconnect, and regenerate. Through movement, mindset, and a shared community, families become equipped with applicable resources and tools to strengthen their roots, rekindle hope, and bring rest. Every aspect is carefully designed to create lasting wellbeing and hope for now and future generations.

We are thrilled to announce our very first all-women’s retreat in Indiana, hosted in the historic and beautiful Abe Martin Lodge in Brown County State Park, Indiana.

Dates: February 20-22, 2026

This retreat is designed to bring you restoration, rejuvenation, resources, rest and community. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, be in the company of wonderful facilitators who will help you discover new tools for resilience as you walk the path before you, and be surrounded by women who understand the power of shared strength.

And equally as important, it’s a space created to care for your heart.
