Painting Partners 

Historic Collection Exhibition 

Marie Goth and V.J. Cariani, along with Genevieve Goth Graf and Carl Graf, were immeasurably connected as they journeyed through life.  All four encouraged one another in their painting pursuits, particularly en plein air.  Each couple was aligned in their commitment to the growing arts movement in Brown County, and their individual successes were undoubtedly attributed to the flourishing art colony as a whole.

Brown County Art Guild – A not for profit organization located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Indiana.  On display throughout its galleries is a prized collection of historic paintings as well as current works for sale from regional award-winning member artists.  The Guild also offers artist demonstrations, workshops, and a variety of events and programs throughout the year.   

March – December: Monday–Saturday, 11 – 5 and Sunday, 12 – 4 or by appointment. 

WINTER HOURS: January – February: Thursday – Saturday 11 – 5 and Sunday 12-4 or by appointment.
