Meet April – A Natural Health Helper
April helps people feel better using natural ways. She looks at the whole person—body, mind, and feelings—to help bring balance and energy back into their lives.
She gives advice on things like healthy food, herbs, flower remedies, essential oils, and gentle energy techniques. April’s goal is to find out what’s really causing someone to feel unwell and help them feel better for the long term.
She also does something called Reiki, which is a calming, gentle way to help people relax and feel less stressed. It’s kind of like a soft touch that helps your body and mind feel peaceful.
