Want to learn cool facts about Brown County State Park without leaving your car? Try the Auto Tour!

This fun drive takes you to five special stops along the park’s south loop. Just follow the signs! You’ll start at the Nature Center and drive along the main road to learn about:

• The CCC camp (Civilian Conservation Corps)
• Two amazing nature preserves
• The rare yellowwood tree
• The old Kelp Village
• Beautiful vista overlooks

To start the tour, go to on.IN.gov/browncountysp, scroll to the bottom, and click Photos, Video & Audio. You’ll find a map and audio guide to help you along the way.

The tour takes about 1 hour, but you can take more time if you want to stop and explore. You can also do the tour on a bike if you want some exercise!
